Normandale Lutheran Church  /  Edina, MN

A $5 million five-year campaign for a two-phase building project and outreach ministries. Phase Two construction of a new multi-use chapel is underway. Leadership included campaign, and business administration of financing and construction.


Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church  /  Austin, TX

Construction documents are underway for the revitalization of the campus and facilities. To date, initial gifts and four-year commitments from 127 households total $3.2 million toward the estimate $3.5-$4 million project. Consultation continues throughout the four years to achieve campaign goals


St. James Lutheran Church  /  Verona, WI

This campaign was conducted in partnership with The Harrison Group. The process began with a pre-implementation capital campaign study. To date, $1.465 million has been raised toward the $1.5 million goal. Completion of the $3.5 million project, currently underway, is scheduled for 2018.


Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church  /  Seattle, WA

First fruit gifts and three-year pledges of $832,000 have exceeded the $800,000 goal for the purpose of facility remodel and enhancement. Phase One renewal of the fellowship hall has been completed, including new shower facilities for ministry to people who are homeless and in transition. Phase Two will include redesign of sanctuary, entry and gathering spaces, and energy-efficient upgrades.


Northwest Washington & Southwestern Washington Synod, ELCA

Each of these Synods is conducting $3 million campaigns in current and planned gifts. Gifts are already at work for renewal of congregations, new and emerging ministries, funding theological education, and supporting Always Being Made New: The Campaign for the ELCA. Prior to each campaign, a feasibility study was conducted to receive feedback and refine the goals for each campaign.


Church of the Apostles  /  Seattle, WA

Consultation is underway as this emerging ministry in the Fremont District of Seattle is buying the building it had previously rented from the Mission Investment Fund of the ELCA in the Fremont District of Seattle.


Holden Village  /  Chelan, WA

Prior to the reopening of the Village following mine remediation and fires, a feasibility study was conducted for a capital campaign for a new mine museum. Recommendations were provided to the Holden Board for the scope of a future project.
